UCI Researcher Presents at Workshop on California Wildfires
Dr. Silver, researcehr at UCI, participates in workshop to update the State Wildfire plan
Dr. Silver represents UCI in May 8th workshop on wildfires where she presented her talk "Ensuring Community Resilience: Public Engagement in Preparation, Response and Recovery." The California Institute for Hazards Research was a major role player in conducting the workshop which is part of the process in aiding the Board of Forestry in updating the State Wildfire Plan.
